Once you’ve had time to get to know your foster dog, please take a few minutes to submit this Profile form. The form has a section at the bottom for you to write the actual bio that will appear on the foster dog’s profile page, or, if you prefer, one of our volunteers can write the bio based on the information you supply in the form. Either way, please answer all questions so that everyone involved in the adoption process will have a better feel  for your foster dog’s behavior and personality.

After the form has been submitted, email photos, videos or links to them to admin@ncbr.org or upload to your foster dog’s Slack channel (preferred).
